Hello, I'm Kate. I am a registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I gained my qualification after three and a half years of study with The Institute of Health Sciences.

I am here to show you that feeling your best is not as difficult as you may think! I work with individuals with conditions related to digestive issues and hormone imbalances. 

I aim to help you better understand your condition and what is causing it. As a result, you can learn to control your symptoms and regain control of your health.

I use a personalised nutrition approach, this ensures each program is tailored to meet your needs.
